How the process works

Measure or template — send exact dimensions, or post an old cushion / paper template of any shaped seat.

Choose fabric, filling & finish — pick indoor, outdoor, marine or fire-retardant fabric and the right foam or feather filling; add piping, buttons or ties.

Cut & sew — covers are cut to your template with pattern-matching across seams, and zipped for easy removal.

Fill & finish — foam is cut to size (or feather pads made up) and inserted; ties and fixings added for benches, boats or window seats.

Delivery — cushions are posted or delivered ready to drop straight onto the seat.

- How much do made-to-measure cushions cost?
- Scatter cushion covers start around £35 in a standard fabric; a large window-seat cushion with new foam is typically £90–£220 depending on size and fabric. Full sets for bay windows or garden furniture are quoted per project.
- Can you make cushions from a template or old cushion?
- Yes — send an old cushion, a paper template or accurate measurements with photos and we'll cut the new ones to match exactly, including any shaped or radiused corners.
- Do you make outdoor and waterproof cushions?
- Yes. Outdoor cushions use Sunbrella-style acrylic fabrics with quick-dry reticulated foam that lets rainwater pass through and dry out, so they can be left outside all season.
- Can I supply my own fabric?
- Absolutely — customer's own material (COM) is welcome. We'll tell you the metreage needed based on your cushion sizes and pattern repeat.
- How long does it take?
- Most cushion orders are made within 2–3 weeks. Simple scatter covers in stocked fabrics can often be turned around in a week.
