For customers

• Sending a quote request is free and carries no obligation.
• Your request may be bought by one member upholsterer, who will then contact you. Any agreement for work is between you and that upholsterer, not with Upholstery Portal.
• Please give accurate details and only upload photos you have the right to share.

For member upholsterers

• Membership requires approval after our checks, and an active paid membership to buy leads.
• Leads are exclusive: each is sold to one member only. You may use a customer's details only to contact them about that job.
• Credit requests for unusable leads must be made within 7 days and are reviewed by us.
• Membership fees and lead prices are shown in pounds sterling including any VAT, before you pay.

General

• We vet members but do not carry out the work ourselves and are not responsible for it.
• We may remove listings, reviews or accounts that break these terms.
• How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
