How the process works

Site survey — a specialist visits the venue to measure, review the floor plan and check fire and access requirements.

Design & contract spec — CAD drawings for new banquettes, or a schedule for existing booths, with contract-grade fabrics (Crib 5, 40k+ Martindale) and durable foams.

Off-site build or workshop recover — new banquettes are built in the workshop; existing ones are stripped, re-foamed and recovered in situ or removed row by row.

Installation out of hours — most fits happen overnight or during closure days so the venue keeps trading.

Aftercare & rotation — a maintenance schedule keeps high-wear seats refreshed on rotation, with fire certificates provided each visit.

- New bespoke banquettes typically run £400–£900 per linear metre depending on back height, buttoning and fabric. Recovering existing booths in contract vinyl is usually £180–£350 per seat position. Larger schemes are quoted per project after a site survey.
- Do the fabrics comply with commercial fire regulations?
- Yes. All fabrics are contract-grade with Crib 5 (BS 5852) fire certification supplied for your fire risk assessment — required for licensed premises, hotels and public buildings.
- Can the work be done while we stay open?
- In almost every case, yes. Small venues are fitted overnight; larger schemes are phased row by row or booth by booth so the venue keeps trading through the refurbishment.
- Do you offer a rolling maintenance contract?
- Yes — many pub groups and restaurant chains have us refurbish a set number of booths each year on rotation, which keeps the venue looking sharp and spreads the cost.
- Do you work with designers and shopfitters?
